Privacy notice

This site has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no third-party advertising or analytics services. The hosting server keeps technical logs of each visit, such as IP address, for security; ENCÉFALO does not use them to identify anyone.

The only personal data we receive is what someone sends to info@encefalo.org: their name, email address and the content of the message. The data controller is ENCÉFALO S.A.S., tax ID 900.344.770, Barranquilla, Colombia. We use it to reply and, if the message leads to a project, for the agreed work. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, anyone who writes to us may access, update, correct or delete their data and withdraw consent, by emailing info@encefalo.org. Queries are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15. Unresolved complaints may be taken to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Please do not email information that could identify a patient. If a project requires it, we agree beforehand on how it will be shared.
